If you are a buyer with little experience you should always avoid these properties:

1- Grow Ups are the properties that used to grow Marijuana, these properties have to go through proper inspection before getting their re-occupancy Permit from the city hall however in some jurisdictions once they find a grow-up the city  puts a note on the title which remains up to 7 years so it's going to be hard for the new owner to sell the property in the future.

2-Contaminated Properties are the properties that contain contaminations or contaminated materials such an Oil Tanks or Asbestos which in most cases can not be discovered by an ordinary people.

3- Design or Structural Defective properties are caused by the bad design , poor workmanship or using low quality materials which require an immediate fix  or they are too expensive to repair like Leaky Condos.
